General Terms
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) refer to the specific training program ‘PREP for APP’ of the association VCCÖ - “Verein Contemporary Circus in Österreich”. The statutes of the association have their validity within this framework. Conflicting general terms and conditions are hereby contradicted. Verbal agreements and assurances require written confirmation. 

Safety in practical courses
The equipment in CTC-Salzburg is to be used with absolute care and proper application. The facilities may only be used by request and under supervision of trainers, instructors or teachers. Furthermore, the following rules apply in the training facility:

Disclaimer
For damages, injuries and theft of any kind that participants suffer during the program, the association is only liable if the damage was caused directly by the association, grossly negligent. In other cases, especially in case of non-observance of the verbal instructions of the trainers/instructors/teachers will not be held liable. 

Guarantee-Exclusion
NO guarantee is made for a successful application and acceptance to a Circus School. 

Cancellation/ Cancellation Policy
There are minimum and maximum numbers of participants for the individual modules. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the project management reserves the right to cancel the module or to change the content. 

Basic Online: minimum 10, maximum 20 participants. 

Trainee: minimum 8, max. 15 participants 

Trainee Plus: no minimum number, max. 7 participants  

Insurance Coverage
Participation is at your own risk. All participants must be sufficiently insured themselves. The participating person is responsible to the organizer for sufficient insurance coverage.

Exceptions are the participants of the Trainee Plus Module: there is an accident insurance for these participants through the association MOTA.

Cancellation/ Withdrawal
After a binding registration - confirmed by e-mail by the project office - for one or more of the modules of the program ‘PREP for APP’ no complete refund of the costs can be made.  

The last possibility of cancellation is 1 month BEFORE the start of the program, in which case only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After this period, the full amount of the course will be retained. 

Method of payment
In general, payment of the total amount for one or more modules is due no later than 2 weeks before the start of the program.  

In individual cases, monthly installments can be agreed upon by means of a collection order. A suspension of individual months or only partial participation and pro-rata payments will NOT be accepted. 

The invoices for the module fees will be issued by the project office together with the official confirmation of participation and will be sent automatically. 

Minors
For applicants who are minors, the signature of a parent or guardian is required on the registration form.  

Image and Video rights
With the signed registration form, the express consent is granted that the recordings made by the participants may be recorded digitally or analogously without compensation and without any timely limitations. The recordings or parts of the recordings may be published. This applies in particular to video transmissions on the Internet and television broadcasts. Objections to this must be made in writing to the project management. 

 Own recordings of sound, film and photo recordings (except for purely private use) are not permitted.

Exceptions are video recordings of the participants themselves on which ONLY these are to be seen or which are developed within the framework of the program - e.g.: Application videos, videos for training analysis, Act videos, etc. 

For any other exception a written declaration of the association or the program leaders is required! 

Jurisdiction
Austrian law is exclusively applicable. The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg City.
