Die Statuten des Vereines haben in diesem Rahmen ihre G\u00fcltigkeit. Entgegenstehenden AGB wird hiermit widersprochen. M\u00fcndliche Abreden und Zusicherungen bed\u00fcrfen der schriftlichen Best\u00e4tigung.\u00a0\n<b>Safety in practical courses<\/b><br \/>\nThe equipment in CTC-Salzburg is to be used with absolute care and proper\napplication. The facilities may only be used by request and under supervision of trainers, instructors or teachers. Furthermore, the following rules apply in the training facility:\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0SAFETY\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0RESPECT\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>PUNTUALITY\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>ORDER &amp; CLEANLINESS\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<b>Disclaimer<\/b><br \/>\nFor damages, injuries and theft of any kind that participants suffer during the program, the association is\nonly liable if the damage was caused directly by the association, grossly negligent. In other cases, especially in case of non-observance of the verbal instructions of the trainers\/instructors\/teachers will not be held liable.\u00a0\n<b>Guarantee-Exclusion<\/b><br \/>\nNO guarantee is made for a successful application and acceptance to a Circus School.\u00a0\n<b>Cancellation\/ Cancellation Policy<\/b><br \/>\nThere are minimum and maximum numbers of participants for the individual modules. If the minimum\nnumber of participants is not reached, the project management reserves the right to cancel the module or to change the content.\u00a0\n<p><em><strong>Basic Online<\/strong>:<\/em> minimum 10, maximum 20 participants.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Trainee<\/strong>:<\/em> minimum 8, max. 15 participants\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Trainee Plus<\/strong>:<\/em> no minimum number, max. 7 participants\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<strong>Insurance Coverage<br \/>\n<\/strong>Participation is at your own risk. All participants must be sufficiently insured themselves.\nThe participating person is responsible to the organizer for sufficient insurance coverage.\n<p>Exceptions are the participants of the Trainee Plus Module: there is an accident insurance for these participants through the association MOTA.<\/p>\n<b>Cancellation\/ Withdrawal<\/b><br \/>\nNach verbindlicher Anmeldung &#8211; best\u00e4tigt per E-mail durch das Projekt- B\u00fcro &#8211; f\u00fcr eines oder mehrere der Module des Programmes &#8218;PREP for APP&#8216; kann keine komplette R\u00fcckerstattung der Kosten erfolgen.\u00a0\u00a0\n<p>The last possibility of cancellation is 1 month BEFORE the start of the program, in which case only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After this period, the full amount of the course will be retained.\u00a0<\/p>\n<b>Method of payment<\/b><br \/>\nIn general, payment of the total amount for one or more modules is due no later than 2 weeks before the start of the program.\u00a0\u00a0\n<p>In individual cases, monthly installments can be agreed upon by means of a collection order. A suspension of individual months or only partial participation and pro-rata payments will NOT be accepted.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The invoices for the module fees will be issued by the project office together with the official confirmation of participation and will be sent automatically.\u00a0<\/p>\n<b>Minors<\/b><br \/>\nFor applicants who are minors, the signature of a parent or guardian is required on the registration form.\u00a0\u00a0\n<b>Image and Video rights<\/b><br \/>\nWith the signed registration form, the express consent is granted that the recordings made by the participants may be recorded digitally or analogously without compensation and without any timely limitations. The recordings or parts of the recordings may be published. This applies in particular to video transmissions on the Internet and television broadcasts. Objections to this must be made in writing to the project management.\u00a0\n<p>\u00a0Own recordings of sound, film and photo recordings (except for purely private use) are not permitted.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ausnahme sind Video-Aufnahmen von den TeilnehmerInnen selbst auf denen NUR diese zu sehen sind bzw. die im Rahmen des Programms erarbeitet werden &#8211; z.B.: Bewerbungsvideos, Videos f\u00fcr Trainingsanalysen, Act-Videos, etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For any other exception a written declaration of the association or the program leaders is required!\u00a0<\/p>\n<b>Jurisdiction<\/b><br \/>\nAustrian law is exclusively applicable.
